Делегація м. Павлограда 12-13 вересня 2025 року взяла участь в інтеркультурному форумі “Міста взаємності: міжкультурний діалог як шлях до єдності”
Форум відбувся в межах проєкту «МІСТА ВЗАЄМНОСТІ: Інтеграція через міжкультурний діалог» Програми Ради Європи «Інтеркультурні міста» (ICC), що реалізовується департаментом культури Луцької міської ради у партнерстві з інтеркультурними містами Люблін (Польща) та Павлоград за фінансування Ради Європи.
Головною метою заходу стало підвищення згуртованості й стійкості суспільства, розбудова довіри та розвиток партнерства через міжкультурний діалог. А одним із ключових результатів — це обговорення Меморандуму про партнерство та розвиток міжкультурної співпраці між інтеркультурними містами України та світу.
З вітальним словом до учасників заходу звернувся Луцький міський голова Ігор Поліщук. Щодо напрямків інтеркультурної політики та співпраці між містами української та глобальної мережі інтеркультурних міст зазначили Торстен Аффлербах — керівник підрозділу програм з інклюзії та протидії дискримінації Ради Європи, Ріта Мараскалчі – керівниця відділу інтеркультурної інклюзії Ради Європи та Бен Фрімен – керівник проєктів відділу інтеркультурної інклюзії Ради Європи.
До інтеркультурного форуму долучилися як в офлайн, так і в онлайн форматі, представники українських інтеркультурних міст: Луцька, Павлограда, Мелітополя, Вінниці та Сум, представники м. Любліна (Польща), представники Верховної Ради України, Міністерства культури та стратегічних комунікацій України, Міністерства Закордонних Справ України, представники офісу Ради Європи в Україні та Уповноваженого Верховної Ради з прав людини тощо.
Висловлюємо щиру вдячність Луцькій громаді за організацію знакової події – Інтеркультурного Форуму «Міста взаємності» та особисто Тетяні Гнатів – керівниці проєкту, локальній координаторці Програми Ради Європи «Інтеркультурні міста», директорці департаменту культури Луцької міської ради та модераторці заходу.

The delegation from Pavlograd participated in the Intercultural Forum “Cities of Reciprocity: Intercultural Dialogue as a Path to Unity”, held on 12–13 September 2025
The Forum took place within the framework of the project “CITIES OF RECIPROCITY: Integration through Intercultural Dialogue” of the Council of Europe’s Intercultural Cities (ICC) Programme. The project is implemented by the Department for Culture of Lutsk City Council in partnership with the intercultural cities of Lublin (Poland) and Pavlograd, with funding from the Council of Europe.
The main goal of the event was to enhance social cohesion and resilience, build trust, and foster partnerships through intercultural dialogue. One of the key outcomes was the discussion of a Memorandum on partnership and the development of intercultural cooperation between the intercultural cities of Ukraine and beyond.
The Mayor of Lutsk, Ihor Polishchuk, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. Perspectives on intercultural policy direction sand cooperation among cities with in the Ukrainian and global Intercultural Cities Network were shared by Torsten Afflerbach, Head of the Inclusion and Anti-discrimination Programmes Division of the Council of Europe; Rita Marascalchi, Head of the Intercultural Inclusion Unit of the Council of Europe; and Ben Freeman, Senior Project Officer, Intercultural Inclusion Unit, Council of Europe.
The Forum brought together, both in person and online, representatives of Ukrainian intercultural cities – Lutsk, Pavlograd, Melitopol, Vinnytsia, and Sumy – as well as representatives of Lublin (Poland); the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine; the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine; the Office of the Council of Europe in Ukraine; and the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, among others.
We express our sincere gratitude to the Lutsk community for hosting this landmark event – the Intercultural Forum “Cities of Reciprocity” – and to Tetiana Hnativ, Project Manager, Local Coordinator of the Council of Europe’s Intercultural Cities Programme, Director of the Department of Culture of the Lutsk City Council, and Moderator of the Forum.
